Is it time to ease that stress?
If you've never had a Massage, you may be wondering what to expect on your first visit. Your session will start with Evita trying to understand what you are looking to accomplish. From there she will use one of the many tools in her tool box to address your specific needs.
Whether you are looking for a quiet hour to just relax or have that nagging “pain in your neck” you want to get rid of she can target the culprit and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to meet that next life challenge.
When you book your appointment you will be reminded to download and print out a quick questionnaire. This is considered best practice in the massage industry and is called an "intake form". It forms the basis of that conversation we mention above. Don’t worry if you forget… when greeted at the door we will have one for you.
Evita is an Experienced, Licensed, and Registered Massage Therapist. During your visit you'll experience relaxation and comfort. She is dedicated to your well-being and peace of mind and she wants your spa experience to be a memorable one. She wants you to come back.
After that review of your intake form Evita will step away, allowing you to disrobe according to your comfort level (naked is not an option) and lay on the table underneath fresh linens and a nice, soft blanket.
When your massage is complete, Evita will step away (again) allowing you to dress. There is water always available in order for you to stay hydrated and we look forward to meeting you.
Our room has sound and lighting controls with the highest quality heated table, crisp and clean linens, as well as that nice soft blanket. It is important to stay relaxed... breath deep and PLEASE communicate any special requests or concerns during your treatment. Your comfort is our highest priority.
